● Education: LL.B degree
● Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years post call to bar experience, preferably in a payment, fixed income, or FX brokerage company.
● Ensure the company complies with all legal regulations and standards.
● Play an active role in reviewing policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date with all legislation and best practices.
● Prepare and review legal documents and contracts.
● Provide accurate and timely advice on various legal topics, including corporate law, commercial law, and regulatory frameworks.
